We are now making some of our photos available on the web site!

Each time we have a new set to show, we’ll post them here on the front page. If you would like to see past photos (once we have posted a few), simply look for the category drop-down on the right side of the page. Select ‘Photos’ from the list and you’ll be taken to a page that lists all of our previously posted photos! Simple!

Anyway, to kick things off, here are six photos taken at the February 2010 performance at the Summit Jazz Foundation concert which was held at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts’ Seawell Grand Ballroom. Make sure you hover each image if you want to see a description!

One more thing – please remember that, as artists, copyright protection is something we wholly support. Please don’t steal.

The Evergreen Jazz Festival Experience was Outstanding!

The Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars participated in the Evergreen Jazz Festival Educational Workshops on July 20th and 22nd. The clinicians did a great job in helping our band improve to a higher performance level. Our performances out on the Elk’s Patio on Saturday, 7/22 and Sunday, 7/23 were well received. On Sunday, the band received a standing ovation and the crowd persuaded the All-Stars to perform an encore! The workshop performance at the Lake House on Sunday afternoon with the Queen City Jazz Band was a lot of fun. All the workshop performers had a great time jamming. The All-Stars closed out the set and the crowd showed their appreciation by giving the band another standing ovation! The DJC Youth All-Stars look forward to returning to the Evergreen Jazz Festival in 2011!
